Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received β€” unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at pelage.club@gmail.com to initiate a return. Do not send items back without first contacting us β€” unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items must be returned to: Plovdiv, Georgi Danchov St. 20, Bulgaria.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at pelage.club@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at pelage.club@gmail.com.
