At Pelage Club, every order is a special experience. We process and prepare your items with care before shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery
All deliveries are handled by Econt courier service within 1–3 business days after dispatch. The courier will contact you upon arrival of your package.
Shipping Cost
Flat shipping rate of €4 on all orders. No hidden fees, no surcharges for Cash on Delivery.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
